Members of Shinkenkan dojo, Darko
Gedelovski and Nebojsa Ilkic, participated in The 18th International
Battodo Federation Zenkoku Taikai, The 21st Toyama Ryu Nakamura Ryu
Battodo Taikai in Yokohama, Japan. On that occassion, Nebojsa Ilkic
passed his Shodan test and won a bronze medal in kata for 2nd DAN and
below group. Participation in Taikai as well as training before, was a
good opportunity to meet people from other dojos, from both Japan and
overseas. Also, to receive precious advices from Japanese teachers in
order to improve our own technique and better understanding of Nakamura
Ryu.
Once again, congratulations to all winners in kata, shizan, kumitachi and dantaisen and to members of Kakuseikai dojo for organizing another great Taikai.
